At KhussaExpress, we strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept a return and issue a refund after deducting delivery charges.

Eligibility for Refund
Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at khussaexpress@gmail.com or call 0305 7776139 with a detailed reason for the return, along with pictures or a video of the product to support your request. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the nearest warehouse for return shipping.

Order Opening Video Requirement
Please ensure you record a video when opening the package to verify that the product was delivered in perfect condition. This video must be sent to KhussaExpress to validate any complaints. Without this video, complaints may not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns
To guarantee your refund, please use a trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund, minus delivery charges, will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exchange Policy
If you need a size exchange, send the incorrect size back to us, and upon receipt, we will dispatch the correct size within 15 days. Exchanges are only accepted for products in their original condition and packaging. Any exchange-related shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Courier Services for Returns
Approved courier services for returns include Pakistan Post, Postex, and Call Courier.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Delivery Time
All orders are shipped within 10–12 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at khussaexpress@gmail.com or 0305 7776139.

Order Cancellation
Once processed or shipped, we cannot cancel orders. If an order is canceled before processing, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.

Invalid reasons for refund include buyer’s change of mind or finding the product cheaper elsewhere.
